Well, for me it only contains the old ppl and not the added ones...
As you can see that is not near 240 players... that's why I am thinking I missed something.
If someone could put up a link to the New list containing 240 ppl with their rating, then please do so...

they are rated in my excel spreadsheet, i will add them to the first post later tonight
