I just finished Ender's Game and Calculating God both were good and I would recommend them both (Ender's Game is a little less advanced, I had to read it for English but it is a series). Calculating God is by Robert J. Sawyer, a pretty big name up there as far as sci-fi writing goes today.
I'm a HUGE R.A. Salvatore fan. He is the man. I recommend anything that he writes. Drizzt Do'Urden is the most dynamic character (IMO) I have ever read. If you love D&D/fantasy I think you should give it a go.
I likws the Case for Christ and the Case for Faith, I thought those were really good books. The rest of the books I read are trash, like Stephen King books and stuff.
