wtf? man that is harsh, i agree that americans have gone overboard on things since 9/11. i've not got anything against them but they have gone a bit more strange since then.
just my opinion, shoot me anyone if u don't agree
Trained_Killer - 160 + hours and still counting
L3thal - 4 hours and working way up
I agree, the USA has some issues they need to work out but i wouldn't blame their general public ... i think they're just victims of their own system (as we see from this sun screen incident)
Quote from the source "The son, identified only as R.M., suffered large, bleeding blisters on his back and face. He'd been at the beach more than seven hours."
If you leave your son at the beach for more then seven hours and dont apply sunscreen thats clearly negligent!- also the son was retarded-important fact.
And they just said the max is 18months thats not what the courts issued. My guess is that there would be just a fine. But then again the son could of died from dehydration, skin cancer could develop as a result, he would be in serious pain form the large blisters. Im sorry this is clearly negligent behaviour there is no doubt.
Dumb Euros, can't do anything by yourselves except being gay.
I'm sure that guy was negligent and that negligence caused his child harm. The kid was retarded, and it seems the guy just left his retarded child to sit on the beach for 7 hours. That's like leaving your pet or child inside a closed windowed car for prolonged periods of time which is also bad.
