And they just said the max is 18months thats not what the courts issued. My guess is that there would be just a fine. But then again the son could of died from dehydration, skin cancer could develop as a result, he would be in serious pain form the large blisters. I'm sure that guy was negligent and that negligence caused his child harm. The kid was retarded, and it seems the guy just left his retarded child to sit on the beach for 7 hours. That's like leaving your pet or child inside a closed windowed car for prolonged periods of time which is also bad.
