I agree i dont know how J=T, Pearl Jam and Sexy Wooden Spoon could say that its not negligent i mean seven hours for a retarded kid thats insane! To these three people do you think that the Donoghue V Stevenson case (snail in ginger beer case-foundation case for tort of negligence) shouldnt be considered negligent or what?

I also had underlying reason for my previous post i wanted to show da1andonly, Mr Peanuts, Claim, Trained Killer, Awesome and Kim that law is kinda a topic where you cant ignore all the facts and make a judgement. If you rely on people like J=T to give you all the facts on a law case and thus making you judge USA then thats pretty foolish. For future reference when someone tells you a seemingly ridculous law story try looking it up and look at all the relevent facts i think you would find 9 times out of 10 that the judgement was actually correct. Judges aren't stupid people and USA law is similar to any common law country aswell.

To J=T next time you publicly announce a law suit/topic please convey all the relevant facts because in the area of law every fact is extremely important.
