    See you didnt just provide the link to the article and if a topic includes negligent its most likely (as in this case) have to be linked back to the US legal system doesnt it?

                yea but its even worse for a retarded child as they generally wouldnt have thought "maybe i should put on some sunscreen im getting really hot" like a normal kid would. So the father has a higher standard of care thus its even easiet to prove negligence. Thats why i said its absurd for anyone to think this is not negligence because even if you think in the most lenient way (which i dont) there isnt that much negligence because the kid could of put the sunscreen on himself for a retarded kid thats generally not the case thus i can see no reason why this doesnt fall under negligence

                    Read the article carefully, it says he didnt put on ENOUGH sunblock. Lets not judge the man, perhaps he thought it was sufficient, or he didn't know that you needed to reapply it.

                                If you provide a short summary on the link then you must include all facts as most people wouldnt bother clicking and reading it but would just jump to a conclusion based on your one fact. My point is either say all the facts or nothing at all and just have the link there byitself
