OR you could buy yourself a nice cold air intake and even if it doesn't fix your problems, it might give your car a little extra power. (the real car freaks might say "It doesn't give you extra horsepower, it frees up existinig horsepower by allowing air to flow more freely.. whatever.. makes it more powerful).
But based on my extremely limited experience with chrylsers, I'm sticking with the electrical theory.http://www.trenchwars.org/forums/showthread.php?t=15100 - Gallileo's racist thread

An air fiter is like $5 at K-mart/Target/AutoZone. Go get one and replace it yourself.
Undo some clips, take the old filter out, put a new one in.
Often instead of clips there are philips/flat head screws. Either way, *very* easy to do yourself.
Orient the filter the same way- there should also be simple instructions/labels when you buy the new one.

The air tubes are generally like a couple of inches across so I'd be surprised if anything big enough to clog got past the air filter and is stuck in the tubes. But, if a dead gopher falls out of the tubes when you shake it out...problem solved.

this may or may not be related to the problem i initially described, but the car also shakes when I'm stopped at a red light or when I have it on park. I think the idle is set too low? How do i set it a bit higher so it doesnt shake?TelCat> i am a slut not a hoe

Just another note beside your intake it can be your o2 sensor. If it is not getting the correct amount of o2 then it will not allow your car to run and hence stall. Plugs cause miss fires and such when you acelerate not when you are at a light..I really do not know why adman said the dist cap.. peZDead n' Gone
