A bodyguard’s job is to get into the minds of mafia and use intuitive thinking to guess what their next move is, and to counteract it.

Now we have Beast who went from posting like a meth-addled drama queen about his super powerful role to actually typing in complete sentences and saying he's just a plain old townsman. I guess people will say anything to stay alive when their life is on the line, so maybe it's not as sketchy as it seems. But it seems sketchy.

The train on me is now Beast, Voth and ixt. If Beast is actually innocent then I'm starting to think Voth did his last-minute vote switch to backwards hoping the phase would change before someone another Beast voter flopped (Beast was +1 to die when Voth switched meaning he needed someone with their vote on him to move it) and it blew up in his face. Maybe it would of been nice to ride the clout from that one vote all the way to the end of the game, but if any of the three backwards voters are scum, it's likely you.

Odd. Normally you just glaze over being called out either via inactivity or pretending it just didn't happen. That was a direct and reasonable response to someone calling you out. Curious.

I think I’m being as active as sound be expected. I’ve offered my opinions on the people I have reads on, and I’ve roleclaimed. As a VT there's not much else to offer at this point in the game. Nobody else seems too interested in ixt’s bs claim and nobody seems to want to pressure beast to further explain his erratic behavior and roleclaim.

For what it’s worth I don’t think sdrawkab was bussed by his team on D1, just don’t feel like that would have been a smart or necessary play.

in response to that, since the action was deemed "success", i should have died without any outside interference. so it stands the two possibilities: with the flavor writeup, there is some role out there that can so-called "poison" people so i guess my BG protection was worthless; and as someone suggested the mafia team has a strongman and decided to use on exalt to avoid any further damage after losing their roleblocker.

1. Ixt - I'm inclined to believe ixt was doing his job as bodyguard for N2. However, as I write this one thing comes to mind which is that bodyguards die when they use their ability successfully. They take the bullet for the person they were protecting. ixt since you've got a longstanding familiarity with mafiascum, what are possible outcomes where the bodyguard wouldn't die even though they got a success? Is it as simple as Willby bodyguards not dying, or something else I can't imagine.
2. Beast - See above. Also he just votes whoever votes on him, which is not only erratic, it doesn't show any effort to join the town on pursuing mafia lynches.
3. Vehicle - D2 I didn't think this guy was mafia but now that he's coming around and posting more I do have my eye on him now (apparently so does everyone voting on him)
4. Kassius - Thinks I'm mafia. I want to believe this guy is as innocent/newbie as he seems, but the aggressive stance on wanting double lynches when it wasn't an open and shut case makes me wary. The role seems believable enough but only time will tell because we'd be looking 2 phases into the future at D4 to see if he successfully blocks a mafia hit.
5. Hookecho - ??? I've barely seen this guy though he is now an ER in spaceships. I don't know what to say about my suspicion level for this guy.
8. The_paul - This guy is a sneaky snake, though right now I'm forced to assume townie because of D1 lynch.
11. Voth - I've voted Voth in the past and still feel a level of scummitude but I don't have any strong convictions about it right now besides the fact that Voth keeps bringing up that mafia would be ridic to bus one of their own on D1. Why do you keep bringing that up? Hmm.
12. Kthx - As one of the subs with PF I'm inclined to think this guy might be scum, as Voth and the_paul have said. One townie and one scum to join the fray in place of Bioture and Missa?
13. Halp - Claims VT. Hasn't contributed much, sort of same boat as Hookecho. However, I really am inclined to think he is not scum because sdrawcab voted him first post of the game. Sdrawcab voted these 3 persons in this order, Halp, Exalt, and (postmortem) Beast. I'm willing to excuse halp on this basis, but not Beast because sdrawcab claimed to not know he was dead at the time.

tl;dr I'm inclined to Vote Beast for now.
