that's funny. the party of greed is the same one as the party of the moral. the party of anti abortion is the party of the death penalty.
things that the republican party encourages as moral are mainly superficial narrowminded bullshit (hm, what is worse, 2 gay people marrying or greed? the list goes on.) maybe abortion isn't but thats a pretty grey area.
you do realize every person is different and almost no person follows directly with their parties platforms. you pick the one you identify most with. I don't claim to be moral, but i do claim to be greedy. Are you suggesting that a person who likes guns and a person who doesn't can't possible vote for the same person?
a lot of people seem to have a problem making the distinction between a personal belief and a party platform.
To all the virgins, Thanks for nothing
brookus> my grandmother died when she heard people were using numbers in their names in online games.. it was too much for her little heart
pv=nrt, nothing can be said to sway the fact that you're looking out for your own neck and not society's neck. Like you said you're greedy, and in some way shape or form you're bound to get the bad side of good.
it makes me sick when i think of it, all my heroes could not live with it so i hope you rest in peace cause with us you never did

That's fine, today Bush puts more money in your pocket (you must make a ton of money), but who's going to pay for it later? Financially, ecologically, and diplomatically (is that a word?) Bush is leaving a huge mess for the next guy to clean up, and I don't really think it's going to get any better if he gets another 4 years and won't be held accountable by an election.
You *only* think of America? Damn... you're either sheltered or you turn a blind eye to other places.
Ow yeah sorry, first it was only an example, but I keep comparing the US with Europe and not some third world country without a stabile goverment etc.
Yes in Rwanda there also been alot of gangwars..
But that wasn't the point, it was just something I noticed while watching a load of discussions about the elections. Whenever they talk about something bad or some moral issue as abortion that word keeps popping up. Like it's some magic spell that makes the problem disappear..

I hate to proliferate stereotypes, however, it's completely true that europeans are all chickens.
So in retrospect. We could say that, Michael Moore ATE 11,000 euros. Or He ate 11,000 chickens. That does explain a lot of things.

I just watched Fahrenheit 9/11 for the first time yesterday. What stood out most to me, were the countless connections between companies and the government. Shit gets really messed up when you're running a country and are at least partially driven by personal financial gain.
In my opinion, there should be a separation between business and state, just as there is (or at least, used to be) a separation between church and state.

Yea, the possibility that the nation with the most arms in the world might have a government that is so corrupted scares me.
