I only have opinions on two games, since I haven't followed Seattle or San Diego whatsoever.

From what I've seen, the only pick I feel is a lock is the Indy v Denver game. And the only reason I feel it's a lock is because Manning is a pretty special QB, he has good weapons, it's a big game, they're at home, and because even though I think Denver is still a quality team despite it's record, they just don't have the offense this year to get into a shootout with the Colts---which is exactly what Indy is going to make it. 36-29 Indy.

I don't think it's a lock, but I think Green Bay is going to grind out a tough one over Minny. Brett Favre is the best QB in the league, I don't care what people say. I know Manning is the shit, Culpepper, McNabb, Vick....yadda yadda. There's nobody in the league with the kind of experience, vision, and sheer will to win that Brett Favre has. He's just a never-say-die type of guy, and he has the pieces around him. Basically, I've never really seen a reason to bet against him, so it's just smart to bet on him. It will be a close game, but I'm picking GB.

i live in seattle and i think seattle is gonna lose their game against the rams just cause seattle blows. every time they come close to doing anything good they just blow it. every year i hear stupid ass mike holmgren saying "oh we're gonna have great season, we're playoff material and then they go 8-8 or 7-9." buncha BS.

Give me Holmgren over Martz. Martz absolutely refuses to take responsibility when the Rams blow an easy win. He'll put it off on the secondary, the quarterback, the cheerleaders, the popcorn vendor, anyone he possibly can to shift the blame from himself. Mark my words, the guy will never win another Super Bowl, and I doubt he'll even win another playoff game any time soon.

wow practically every prediction anyone here made was wrong

im picking the vikings over the eagles, 50% because i just hate the eagles and i dont want making an incorrect prediction to taint a potential eagles loss, and 50% because i think the eagles arent nearly as good without to and i doubt they have the confidence to make it to the superbowl. facing a vikings team that finally has confidence for the first time in years in such a state is going to be rough on them.

the falcons are going to beat the rams, because the rams are a terrible football team, theres not much more to say about that

another biased pick, i hate the patriots as well, so im going to predict them to lose. i do think the colts are the better team, their defense is definitely improving, and practically everyone on their offense is better than everyone on the pats offense. the only reason the colts might lose is if its really cold and snowing, which is pretty likely in new england.

Agreed on all counts, Facetious. The Eagles are right back to the same team that pissed away the past three NFC title games. And I predict a career day for Peyton Manning since Ty Law is out. 400-plus yards and four TD's, minimum.

The Rams just had to win the wild card game so Air Martz could keep his job for one more year. And Marty Ball collapsed just as it was supposed to do. I just had some hope that it would hold up this year.

I digress. Steelers over Jets 33-17, Falcons over Rams 27-20, Vikings over Eagles 26-24, Colts over Patriots 41-28.

I don't think the colts will be able to score much against the patriots. If the pats shut them down on their first offensive drive they'll just roll over them with corey dillon. Whoever scores first I predict wins that game. But 24-21 Pat.

And then the Steelers (please please please win), Eagles and falcons. That's just based on the fact that the Steelers are good, and St.Louis and Minnesota can't beat a real team. Although I guess neither the Eagles or Falcons are real teams. God the NFC is sucky.

Philadelphia Eagles will not make it to the super bowl, so they definitely won't win it. Look, they lost T.O., who was their go-to guy for the red zone offense and when they needed yards badly. Now without him, their best receiver is their running back, Brian Westbrook. A lot of people assume Pinkston is good, but he's afraid of the ball. For god sakes, he moves out of the way of the ball when he could of caught it. Their defense is good, but can only do so much against Michael Vick, Marc Bulger, or Daunte Culpepper. I'm afraid the Eagles are going to lose to the Vikings this weekend, and the Falcons will beat theh Rams, and then Falcons over Vikings in NFC championship game.

As for the AFC, I'm not sure if Peyton and his elite wide receiver core can carry Colts through the game in Foxboro. Colts have trouble outdoors, and the Patriots are damn near unbeatable at Foxboro. I thing Patriots over Colts, Steelers over Jets, and Steelers over Patriots.

In the super bowl, Steelers will beat the Falcons.

Peyton Manning is unstoppable, and the Colts have the best wide reciever core in the NFL, The O-line hasnt let pressure through all season, and Edgerin James is very good. With an offense like that, all the defense has to do is hold their opponent to 30 points
