                  • Kerry is up 3000 in Nevada, but this is a very low proportion of precincts reporting- only 15%, one of the worst rates in the country.

                            Taking my eye off of the vote columns for just about thirty seconds, the gay marriage (and civil union!) ban that was on the table in 11 states as part and parcel of the voting ballot has passed in all eleven of them.
