    Your body has creatine naturally too, so it's not some "wonder drug". But the same applies to creatine than to all other things in your body: too much is too much.

    Like most vitamines and minerals, extra creatine is removed from your body trough the liver and that's what the 2 week pause is for. To make sure you don't take so much that the liver would have to work any more than usually.

    Remember though, creatine doesn't help jack shit if you eat too little. Around 2 grams of protein for each non-fat kilo of your weight is what most people say is the correct amount.
    I really hope Kontrolz is trying to make a bad joke with his post

          But listen bro, if you wanna get real results you NEED to do these things I'm going to mention (you remind me of me when i first started so I want to give you this info now so you don't have to find out later). First of all stay hydrated, if you want the protein you do intake to synthesize correctly you need to stay hydrated, drink water all day. Second, get a full night's rest, when you sleep is when the growth hormone becomes more active. Third, eat healthy and consistantly, every body builder knows that missing a meal is worse than missing a work out. Fourth and last, write down your work out schedule and stick to it, don't slack off. Do these things and I promise you will see the results you want in a year or so, have patience, muscles don't come overnight. GL bro.

            First off, let me start this off with this.

            Are you speaking to Chingy? Because you quoted me, so I assume you're speaking to me.

            I really don't know how to reply to this. You're basically telling a teenager to go ahead and do anabolic steroids because they aren't THAT bad, then when I reply saying they aren't exactly 100% safe, you go ahead and play personal trainer telling me how I should exercise and what supplements I should take?

            Ok?

            Speaking of assumptions, I "just started out" when I was 17 due to the fact that I play football (SOCCER) competitively and did throughout high school and a large portion of my college career. Through that, I learned the appropriate lifting routines to get where I wanted to go physically, and they work for me. I'm in pretty solid shape and I'm happy where I'm at. This is why I said I don't need nor want to try anabolic steroids.

            All of that super helpful Chuck Norris informercial advice you gave me I learned a long while ago (thanks anyway, BRO).

            Oh, and if "puking out rhetoric" includes being first-hand to someone suffering from the side-effects from taking steroids, then I'm vomiting like a motherfucker. Clean up on aisle 5, homey.

              Hahaha. Calm down kiddo. I was talking to chingy giving him some good advice for starters. If you read when I first suggested animalpak as a better supplement I stated there are non-anabolic products as well, and to research them before taking them. Then, when I told him those 4 things to do to get results I never mentioned steroids. I only mentioned steroids because he seems interested in supplements. You must really have something against anabolic products and people who support and sell them. As stated before, I'm very informed on this topic, if you would like to continue this conversation please go to the help section on the site www.animalpak.com

                    You don't need creatine, and you definantly don't need steroids chingy. A good balanced diet combined with a good workout regime will do the trick.

                    If your worried about not getting the things your body really needs, such as protein, vitamins and minerals, etc.. then look into something called Super Food created by Dr. Schulze. I've used this for two years now and its great.

                    I'll give you a few URL's to read about some of whats in it and it'll give you a quick rundown and a place to purchase. Also link to you the creators description.

                      Good link code. By the way, animalpak sells all types of paks, but the original (and best pak in my opinion) is just the "animal pak", it has a lot of vitamins and minerals, expensive multi vitamin really but it does have what you need.

                          in biochem one day my biology teacher started telling us about steroids and stuff. he's also the athletic physical analyzer guy.....he wraps up sprained shit but he does know more about sports medicine than wrapping ankles. anyway he was saying how steroids are ment to be taken like a pyramid or something. like starting with a little then moving up but not taking too much which is usually what happens and people start growing extra ball sacs and all that good stuff.

                          he also said a little about creatine. which is basically what jeansi said that it is naturally in your body and the supplament just helps your body make more.

                                Kontrolz, steroids do have long lasting side effects that last longer than the duration of use. Hormonal inbalances will continue to effect steroid users for long periods of time if they are not careful or prepared. They may never be able to produce normal amounts again even.

                                As far as the animal pak crap goes, give me a scientific study with that stuff working. You are not a credible source, neither is that site. I'll tell you something I've seen generally agreed upon by reasonably well informed weight lifters. Only two non steroid products are trusted to work: a good diet, and to a lesser extent, creatine. Everything else is bullocks. Have a nice day.
