it doesnt really burn my ass when i excrete. i love spicy foods.
it adds flavour to your food and burn's your tongue. i dont recommend that you drink water after you eat spicy, it'll just make it worse. im known to be the one who can endure the most around my area/friends group. if any of you in toronto wanna compete, gimme a ring

Milk is supposed to be good if you find spicy food getting too spicy for you.

Oh, and when preparing spicy foods or handling chili peppers, make sure you wash your hands before you need to take a piss.

I thought I could take hot stuff. Some guy brought round a jar of these orange habanero peppers. He bit into one like it was a carrot. I did the same and choked.

i eat spicy food four times a week and my average usage is like whatever I'm eating all covered with tobasco or hot sauce with hot peppers, i usualy end up putting ice cubes on my lips it's so hot.
