I can't do without the hot sauce. Favorite one being that hot sauce that's usually available when eating beef teriyaki with rice or the sort, looks like a concentrated red color. Kimchi isn't really hot, but some of them can get quite spicy, and i must have it on everything edible.
The con would be burning ass while taking a dump, and it can irreversibly upset your stomach if you really have too much.
You say it should be Recyled Humour instead of Humor, yet you say ass?

it changes the taste of your sperm (to bad). So if a chick is gonna give you a blowjob and swallow u better warn her ahead of time, or just be an ass and make her taste the worst tasting stuff she'll ever taste.
I'm from Louisiana. My father is part cajun as as such I eat spicy food 24/7.
Lesson I: To not look like an ass, start off by drinking tobasco. That numbs the tongue.
Lesson II: Never bitch. Ever. bitching makes you female.
Lesson III: For the most part, the "hottest" foods can be downed in a manner that it will seem like you've been doing it all your life. Most cajun foods are cooked with spices in the sauce / broth. Just suck it off, swallow, and slowsly eat the food itself, making it look like you're enjoying the flavor.
It really is alot of etiquitte in a real Cajun household, so this might not apply. But I have battled wits at the spicy burrito stand with Melufa, and these rules assured instant glory. (And the oppurtunity to see how Melufa always wins trivia, a feat which still amazes me - he is a fast typing fucker)
Physical: have a tough stomach. I have never had diarrhea or any problems other than an esophagus that burned a little.
Anyways, my favorite spicy foods in order:
1. Jambalaya
2. Hooters Buffalo Wings (taste over spice but y'know)
3. Gumbo
4. Shrimp
5. Curry (and the myriad of spicy things like shrimp and chicken that come with)
6. Thai food (there's a joint in Dallas near Coppell high school that's mighty fine)
7. Burritos
8. Mexican Food
