Something like that recently happened to one of my buds at school who's Jewish. They didn't beat her up but threatened to kill her and bomb her house and everything. So now he's in jail and her family is thinking of sueing too.

Zeus, we play pool in gym too. We actually had a whole month in PE class dedicated to recreational sports - pool, bowling, badminton, darts, shuffleboard, ping pong, and horseshoes.

I don't see how a school would allow someone back at least for that schoolyear after severely beating up a student during classes.
At my college a guy told a girl he'd kill her and she went to the dean, the guy got expelled for the rest of the year (that was 2 months then). An empty thread seems less of a deal than this.

Wow, my school is retarded. The kid that was doing it to my friend not only threatened her but threw stuff at her in the hallways and such. So when we talked to the prinicpal he said, "Oh, he doesn't know what he's doing or what he's talking about. He's just too ignorant, he didn't really mean it." But luckily the kid's parole officer came in later that day about what happened and actually listened to us and now he's in juvy. Kinda nerve racking having to testify to all these cops and such <_<

a friend of mine got hit in the face with a broken bottle on new years eve for saying "Happy new year" to a guy.. His face were cut to bits, so serious that we actually didn't call him scarface. After a few days of thinking we decided not to attack him and go eye-for-an-eye, so he went the legal way.. The guy was senteced to pay about 10000$ to him and got 1 year in jail..

What's worth it? Beating him up bad as fuck, then leave with nothing, or get his money and give him hell for a year.

Uh, my entire face and my clothes were literally covered in blood, and I have a deep laceration on my forehead that needed stitches. I also have about 4 lumps on hy head, and my face is slightly swollen.

I dunno, maybe I just don't know how to NOT let anyone find out something like that happened.

Edit: When I went back to the school later that day to pick up my things I'd left there, I noticed that there was a trail of blood extending from the locker room out to the gym floor. I didn't follow it to see exactly how far it went, however.
