This is quite a long-shot... anyways

There is this girl I dated once or twice some year ago whom I met some weeks ago again at a party. The reason we didn't date longer the first time was that she'd just broken up with her former boyfriend and didn't feel like she was ready to meet someone else again so soon after.
Anyhow, at this party she kind of was hitting on me and we went home to my place after. (ok she might seem slutty but that's not the case, she's really sweet actually ) Then we met again a few days later at my place.
So we keep contact and she sais she would like to see me again, to go out or something. Thing is she's wasn't living in my town then but were moving here about the 20th of April, this is the date we agree upon to see each other. When this day comes I call her an hour or so before we are supposed to see each others and she sais she cannot come, because she hasn't finished moving all her stuff. I say that it is ok, and she sais she'll call me again and we'll see each other some other time. Now the thing is, she hasn't called yet, and I haven't called her because I think it's her job to do if she wants to see me.
Tonight I'm going to another party and I will probably meet her there. So the question is what to do? If she's still interested, why hasn't she called?

If anyone of you come up with some good explanation, good advice or anything I will post here later on how it went.
