Chilli
Two beers
Half a box of after eight dinner mints (chocolates)

Wednesday
Cereal
Toast (white bread)
Potato and bacon hash (potato and bacon chunks in fat)
Chicken and mushroom pie and chips
Half a box of after eight dinner mints
One beer
A stupid amount of alcohol at the pub
A stupid amount of alcohol at the club
1) Please inform me of what medical conditions I'm heading towards
2) Please post your diet if its worse so I can feel better and not actually make any effort to change mine
