He was charged with providing alcohol to minors with the intent of having sex with them. He was found not guilty of that, including the other 9 charges.

The reason why he wasn't just charged with giving alcohol to minors is because it's a much less serious offense, and the DA would not have prosecuted him on such a grand scale for such a minor infraction. They were looking to build a massive case against him that would incarcerate him for many years.

what screwed it up was that mother's testimony against indecency or somehting was it? some minute point that costed them the entire case because she told the jury she lied under oath, she distorted money, commited fraud, etc etc. So it made it seem even more like she told her son what to do in order to get at jacko.

If you absorbed anything your eyes met you would have remembered that this case saw two heavyweights in the US legal system battle it out; both sides had good lawyers

took me a while to get that comment, nice one

but at the live reading of the verdicts i was laughin at the sad bitch in the crowd who was releasing doves after each verdict was read out, how sad can you get?

most of these "fans" who were there protesting his innocence should be put to the test, if they really believe in him so much, see if they would let their kids sleep at Jacksons house, maybe they wont be so supportive after all

I'm glad to see Jackson not guilty for either charges. I think hes a bit misunderstood. His dad literally slave drived him as a kid. Him, and his brothers.

It was real hard for Mike.

I mean he had 0 childhood whatsoever.

Maybe he's trying to re-live it now; by some weird way taking on this whole peterpan obsession of his.

death row> well basically im holdin off cuz i jus joined sweet. so its not u, its me

death row> LOL I KNOW I JUS READ THAT LINE AGAIN

That's a pretty sympathetic opinion of someone who can afford all the therapy in the world. He's what...almost 50? You don't think there comes a time in a man's life where he has to just let the past go and grow the fuck up?

Btw, I think you might want to look up the word "literal", because if you're saying it was literally slavery, then that's a pretty embarrassing view of what you think slavery actually was.

I'm pretty effing sure he's tried therapy, but therapy doesn't work on everybody. It's not just pressing the button, voila, everything fixed!

And yes, drow was right about the slavery thing, along with the 0 childhood.

Would you let your kids sleep at your favourite pop idol's house just like that without getting to know him as a person first?

                                I didn't think so.
