the stairs at the gym are really annoying. i wish there was an escalator or something to the 2nd floor
can we please have a moment for silence for those who died from black on black violence

there should be escalators everywhere, and not those lame ones that dont have any steps and are just like a belt moving and you end up walking up them anyway,

i wouldnt trust stairs, there always trying to trip you up

I purposely avoid lifts and sometimes escalators because they're the biggest fucking cause of laziness. You see a lift, think 'fuck it' and then you're in that mindset for the rest of the day, and before you know it you're weighing 18 stone. People who don't take the stairs need to be put down as part of the ongoing battle against obesity

I never got a chance to go to Covent Garden this lunch time, I had to schedule a meeting with a contractor over at Liverpool Street to discuss some finances (went to bitch at my recruitment agency for not paying me enough last week)

I often had classes on the 8th floor at university and the elevators were always packed with people going up because all our classes started at around the same time. There were three sets of elevators but if you arrived at the busiest time you'd actually have to wait for two or three trips for all three elevators before you can get in one. Add in the fact that I need to go to the 8th which is the highest floor with classrooms and that the majority of the other people would be getting off along the way up, it's much faster to just take the stairs.

When I was on a cruise a few months ago, I always took the stairs And whenever I got bored, I would go all the way down to the first deck, and run to the top deck (15 or 16). Good times. ^-^

I was assaulted by a guy in a blue bear suit in there because I didn't want my photo taken.

The stairs were pretty fun.. they have all these signs with various tidbits of history about the tower. It was a crappy day when I went up though cause it started pouring 1/2 way up and I didn't have an umbrella.
