I'm glad I moved out of there 2 months ago. Since then it's been a constant slide in relations between the UK and France.

Thankfully I was often around friendly people over there. But there are a lot of people who won't be sad in the slightest on the other side of the English Channel.

They believe by attacking the US, UK and other countries they get to goto heaven, for killing infidels. They also believe that by bringing attention to their actions and to their views they could gain a muslim state. Al Qaeda was never about killing innocents people but eventually instede of killing politicians and people who work for them they went further.. targeting the people who inpower them, then justify it by modifying and desecrating their own religion. They just don't get it though, we're going to set the Middle East on fire, not give them anything.
