No words can descibe what i felt when i heard the news and saw all those scary reports of persons that had just seen all those lives been taken away by the terrorist attacks :crying:
May all of those who perished in those terrorist attacks rest in peace, and may their families find what little solace they can in a hard time like this.

I hope that whoever is behind the terrorist attacks does not go away unpunished.

Wow, sorry to hear about that. I just got back from St. Louis so I've been out of the news loop for a little bit. Glad to know you're ok Zues, and it's a shame that people have to use violence as a means to get their message across. Those people that died didn't have anything to do with politics, or the war in iraq or anything. They're just regular folks trying to live their lives in peace- like zeus, like me, like you, your brothers, sisters, fathers, mothers, etc. I just wish that this cycle of violence would end already.

I know I said some mean things about England in a thread, but I really didn't mean them. London, including most of England or at least the places I've been, is a great place to be. I loved it for the week or so I was there, and I cannot wait to go back.

in the opinion of some people, to end the cycle of violence would be counterproductive. my belief is that there are other ways to bring on change and that violence or peace like everything else starts from the human mind. Also we do not need violence to stimulate unity and solidarity

And as I said, there's a time and a place. The numbers 333, 777, 666, etc... might be interesting, but they can hardly be considered "news", and even then, I doubt that it's the type of news "people close to the attack" are looking for.

To be a dick I'll reply to this. There is acually two faiths for islams, one is to the extreme, in which case if they do something (suicide bomb) they will go straight to their heaven, but the "normal" religion doesn't take part in that what so ever. They both have a seperate approach but the same ultimate goal, to be one with Allah.

I know what you mean, Blair made a speech earlier on the difference between Muslims and the terrorists and not to accuse them. However, I personally believe it will fall on death ears, after an event like this people will seek people to blame and the easiest target will be London Muslims.
