            Anyways, I'm assuming you live in the U.S., so you should go check out your local GNC and talk to the rep. Although, the one near me doesn't know much, I'm sure you can find someone competent somewhere.

            You don't necessarily need protein to help build muscle, although it will speed up the process. I don't use any and I progressed at a steady rate. My bench around the end of June was about 175 and by July/August I hit 205.

            Working out consistently and getting a little more protein in your diet should do the trick.

                I drink protein shakes. I've used a whole bunch of different brands and can't really remember any of them, but I always make sure to get whey protein isolate, it is better than soy or the other kind of whey protein. I also get fruity flavours, I don't really like chocolate or vanilla.

                      ok i didnt read everything cuz im on a tight college sleeping schedule. i need to save as much time as possible.

                      heres what i did:

                      get fat as a kid
                      be flatfoot
                      then exercise alot

                      and you get big.

                      also helps to be big boned.

                      anyways, i can leg press 1000+ lbs. gg.
