I'm a Lutheran. Martin Luther founded Protestant and Lutheran religions because of how corrupt the Catholic church was. Catholicism is so different from Christianity; some people consider them different religions altogether.
I don't feel like quoting everything so I'll just put a hyphen before it.

-You worship his Son

I can understand what you mean, but it was rather repetitive to put that you worship God and his Son. God is the Son. God is also the Father. Furthurmore, God is the Holy Spirit. Three persons yet one God. Sound familiar?

-Mary was free of sin

No, she wasn't. Mary was a normal person just like anyone else. She just happened to have Jesus. Other than that, she had sinned. The only person who is free of sin is Jesus.

Other things about Catholicism I don't understand -

-The different levels of hell. This is found nowhere in the Bible.
-Purgatory. Again, found nowhere in the Bible. In fact, it is nearly disproved. Luke 23:43 "I tell you the truth, today you will be with me in paradise." No, it doesn't say you will go somewhere else first because you have sinned. It says today.
-The Pope. He makes his own laws for the faith. If you actually look at the qualities of the Pope and his office, you'll find that it meets the same criteria as the anti-Christ.
-Communion. In Catholicism the priest changes the bread and wine into the body and blood. It is no longer bread and wine. Yes, the bread and the wine are still there. No, they aren't just symbols because Jesus said that this is his body and blood. It's more than a symbol, but it's not completely just his body and blood.
-Sacraments. I don't understand why there are so many in Catholicism. A sacrament has to fit three criteria: offers the forgiveness of sin, was initiated by Godm and uses an ordinary object for extraordinary purposes. Some definitely don't fit this criteria - but baptism and communion do.

Catholics are christians, saying that it is different from Christianity is absurd. it is also the BIGGEST CHRISTIAN church in the world, you are in the minority, and only an extremist bigot wouldn't recognise them as christians but as a completely diffrent religion to there own branch of christianity ...

They wrote, maintained, edited and translated many parts of the bible for about 15 hundreds of years before your branch came along.

Without them your religion wouldn't exist and you probibly be an Islamic radical in a break off group denouncing some other muslim branches interpretation of the Qur'an

I will do my best to try to explain some things that you seem to misunderstand.

Catholics worship the Trinity. The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit are the Trinity. Three is One. One is Three. So 'worship his Son.' Is not a lie. I worship the Messiah, The Christ, or whatever else you wish to call him.

When the Angel of God descended upon Mary, the mother of Christ, the Angel stated that Mary was 'Blessed among women.' That she had found favor with God. God choose Mary for her purity.

I myself dont understand the levels of Hell. Pretty weird... Apparently there are 11 or 13 or some other prime number. I dont get them either.

Purgatory is a very complex idea. God is merciful. Purgatory is the time between death and Heaven. You can not enter Heaven without purification. Purgatory is this purification.

Jesus said unto Peter "You are my Rock, that I will build my Church on." Peter was thus commissioned the first Pope of the Catholic Church. If Jesus had not wanted a Leader of the Church, he would not have told Peter this.

During the Last Supper Jesus said 'take this break, and eat it. This is the body, which has been given up for you. Do this in remembrance of me." If you dont believe that then you do not believe one of the fundamental practices of Christianity.

I ask you please to list on Sacrament of the Catholic Church that does not offer the Forgiveness of Man that was not initiated by God. I am not sure of that third Criteria that you mentioned. Maybe Lutherans have a different idea of Sacraments. Since some definitely do not meet these criteria, I am sure you can mention one or two.

I have done my best. I do hope this will shed some light.

If you were a true Lutheran you would believe in "the idea that there is a single Christian church, and a single Christian faith. They do not believe any one church to be singularly true in its teachings. This belief is ingrained in the Lutheran confessions, and reflects the history of Lutheranism as a reform movement rather than a separatist movement." From my perspective, there is little difference between the catholic church and other branches of christianity. They all have their basic principles, I just do not understand the hatred some have for catholics. Some kind of hatred leftover from the old days of the british empire, when Catholics were persecuted?
Sure, they all have their own rituals and small differences. But in the end they're all christianity, and it seems to me that these little differences are only noted by other christians.

'You Molester!' is a very serious acusation. And it is only an accusation. I am 18 years old, and if I was a sex offender I would be registered with the federal government as one. However I do realize that this is an attack on my faith and not me personally. If that is the case I ask you to do a bit of research and see exactly how many Catholic Priests have molested children and then compare that with other faiths. You might be a little surprised. Now on a personal note: I hope that those bastards pay for what they did. And they will... Oh they will. God may be merciful in Heaven and he might forgive their heinous crime, but I and many Catholics will not. This may be a sin, but keep in mind we are not Saints...
