Make kebab at home! You need:
2 kg minced meat
90 g aromatic salt
½ dl black pepper
+ different spices (chili, paprika)
Mix those all with hand blender or blender. Then make it look like a bar. Then put it into folio. Then put it to oven (100 Celcius) and keep it there for four hours. Then take it off and don't open it for 20 minutes. Then open it and eat it with french fries, rice or pita bread. And sauce!
