I dunno, I prefer traditional pets, like dogs and cats. But I guess lizards and fish don't get fleas, so that's one less headache to worry about.
I think fishtanks tend to add style and color to a room. I'd go with the fish idea. Good luck.Comment

i keep a rosy boa (snake) and a huge iguana.
also i keep mad freshwater fish. i have 2 tiger oscars that have gotten HUGE (8-10 inches) in their own 100 gal. tank, also i keep 16 cichlids in their 100 gal. tank. the cichlids are SOOO fun, i can throw anything from crickets to pinky mice to other fish in there and watch em get taken apart. i actually just bought a betta and threw it in there last week, the colorful fin bits looked cool all floating around after the actuall betta was devoured. fuckers bite me all the time if my hand strays into one of their "territorys".
