On topic, I have to agree with Ephemeral. Even though I didn't really pay attention to that thread it just proves that those who don't want to read it (or don't care about it) won't or shouldn't. On another note, 1 person does not equal the majority, unless there was some good reasoning for the complaint, it shouldn't be closed.

The bottom line is that there is a cut-off point between what's acceptable and in the spirit of the forum and what's not. If I was going to follow it to the letter then I'd outlaw swearing... and sexual references (re: your men/balls point). People have sex, people do drugs, I'm not going to remove all references and instances on the forum, but they don't really need instructions. I realise it was a dubious close - I was more than happy to let it slip - however someone complained about it and I wasn't in a position to say no

Anyone feel free to enlighten me on how talking about passing piss tests is anything like bit torrents?

I was under the impression the reason for not talking about cracks, warez, torrents..etc is because they expose the owners of the site to unnecessary legal threats under RIAA and copyright laws.

How this has anything to do with piss tests is beyond me, but admittedly, I have a poor imagination.

I don't understand the correlation either. You won't get sued for talking about completely legal products and legal methods of exercise and drinking water. I'd say the line should be drawn at letting a thread talk about growing weed or something like that but just talking about drug testing isn't going to get anyone here in trouble.
