Do you mean, Once Were Warriors about the Mayori, or We Were Soldiers about Vietnam?
I know most ppl will disagree, but I thought Heat (Pacino, Deniro) was one of those movies. Yes, it's one of my favorite movies, but every time I see it, I hope that Neil (Deniro) just keeps driving---instead of getting off of the freeway to kill Waingro.
Before you flame me---yea, I understand the message. It gave depth to Deniro's character by showing that even he struggled with taking his own advice (about dropping everything and walking away when you smell the heat around the corner). And it showed that even Neil was vulnerable to emotion---in this case, vengance. And it showed the depth of Pacino's character, because after shooting Neil (Deniro), he showed compassion for this career criminal---a criminal he understood was exactly like himself---but on opposite ends of the spectrum. But still, part of me wishes he gets away.
But I can't help but think that kind of internal debate I always have is part of why I think it's just such a great fucking movie.

It will go away pretty quickly if you ignore it. You can sing a song in your head, or try to say the alphabet backward to get your mind off of it. Or try to think about anything that isn't at all arousing. This happens to a lot of teenagers, because your hormones are all over the place.
