sounds great, now just add a menu to it listing all topics and make it a commonly known thing. maybe add it to the arena message for some time or something. thats what i wanted maybe you could also ask ppl to write texts for it that could be added, doest have to be staff work. i wouldn't mind helping there

Its not a new thing, its been around for years. All anyone had to do is ask. This, or any bots, shouldn't be an end all thing. Robohelp was just meant to answer the questions that come up often and ones who have details hard to remember.

It has a more general front end: "?help". Generally, when you ask a question to ?help, if Robohelp has a topic that fits, it will try to answer it. If Robohelp can't answer it, or gives wrong info, then Robohelp tells staff so that a ZH can take the call.

So the system is the same it has been for ages: Player has a question, does a ?help, bot tries to answer, ZHs answers questions the bot can't.

Info about ?help is in the zone news.txt and on the help ticker (Esc + F6) and in the help box (F1). So you think we need to help the players who don't read the news.txt, the help ticker or the F1 help box?

i know its not new but the only time i ever got a robobot answer was when i said thanks for a wekend event and one time when no mod was on. and i tried it again with some stuff and it said it doesnt have answers. well thats things that could be added. no biggy. any yah i think they need help. i read the whole help file and tried all the stuff in the help ticker but many dont. was just an idea how to make it more easy since im really missing the tutorial thing

About the pubhelper idea, theres nothing preventing anyone from just starting to do that (since pubhelpers wouldn't get any staff stuff anyways)

(then i dont mean my personal "vetes" (is this the correct english word?:P) vs certain staffers :P )

yah thats what i tried for years with no effect. but you saw by some posts how some of the staffers react. namecalling, cursing, and making up things to let someone look like just a stupid complainer is common under players and staff. there have been some who pmed me in the game asking me about this friendly and productive. i really appreciate that. wish they would have given those comments here though because that is whats annoying me. some try to talk and and make something positive of what ppl say, and some are like those who posted sometimes. thats what ppl see afterwards, not the "good work" side.

edit: whoever moved that to the useless crap forum, at least leave a comment why you had to make it be useless crap at first

A couple of things regarding your intent with this topic and the response you got from it.

On the site, and somewhere on the forums are the e-mail addresses that you can use to get into contact with staff. Not only that, you can send a private message here on the forums to get into contact with forum staff, who is or knows someone who "has staff power" in-game. Your suggestion about PH's didn't need a topic, nor was there any need to discuss how the game was dying in here. That did nothing but detract from your initial post and ignite meaningless and unproductive bickering.

To that note, if you truly wanted any positive encouragement/discussion, you shouldn't have chosen that topic title. Staff deals with alot of shit that they don't have to, they dedicate their time to keep up the game when they don't get paid, and seeing a topic title " i already know some mods don't give a shit but" is not going to have them come into your topic with a favorable opinion. You talk about how some staffers are rude and yet you start the entire thread off to a bad and agressive start with the title alone.

It doesn't matter if starting more unproductive drama was your intention with this topic, the main thing to realize is that if you truly wanted to get something done, you should have contacted staff instead of making a topic about it.

in case you read the thread you would know i tried to contact staff many times, especially those who i think should change a little and saw no effect, i didnt even get an answer. that is why i tried here. and as you should have read too forum staff sees this thing as "their house", guess ppl are not supposed to give their oppinion here nor to critisize staff members. if i could answer their stuff without making up stuff like i just wanna tell ppl how long i play and post a "you have no idea who i am" right after that and come with "who the fuck is bkgmjo". why can they not do it too? and why is the title that wrong? like you read here some staffers obviously do not give a shit about how players see them.
