my buddy got a hernia from a bike crash, then like 2 weeks later he was out skateboarding with a hernia.

that doesnt sound bad considering my friend had it way worse. He was riding his bicyle and he didnt go off any jumps, he was just riding along side the road when the front wheel fell off. He smashed his mouth into the curb, shattered basically his front 9 teeth, put 2 through his tounge and 1 through his lip. he brok his left ulna and it was a cycling bike, not bmx so his left ankle got sprained because his shoe wouldnt come out of the locking mechanism. Finally but not least he got a mild concussion. You got off easy dude. p.s. he sued the bike company and got plenty of cash :greedy:
