Epinephrine. Then..
How do you explain that I goto bed with my gf and she wakes up in the morning in the bed of my well-trained neightbour? She always tells me it's the abduction from the aliens. They do "research" with her (hence she doesn't want to have sex for a while after the abduction) and they just accidently drop her off at the wrong house.
I honestly dont believe there is one non-sarcastic reply in this thread!!
i think perhaps the person who saw a UFO over the summer and had one hypothesis that it might have been a shooting star that curved from gravity might have been a non-sarcastic reply, might.
Let me tell you a little more about this subject
its a cesspool of fraud, charlatanism, mental illness and disinfo,
it really is, i can show you the silliest things in this field. So far i have focused on evidence that i think is compelling, but yes, its true that air heads and weird people do follow it and believe things like this:
There is a ton of bullshit in this field , im well aware of that, believe me i have come down hard on all the fraud on forums that are devoted to this as one of their main topics. This is a difficult field to research because of all the nonsense within it. Truthfully, i end up having to be a skeptic in most threads on most subjects like this one.
Highly credible witnesses saying something is not evidence. No mather how you put it. They might confess for money. They might confess because they're getting death threats. Or they just love a good prank.
For me, I'll believe it when I when I see (while being sober and my mind is at a clear mind) Superman floating down the sky and giving me the "spock" hand greeting.
Until then, all the "facts" are just nice to read and i will only wear my startrek suit with the curtains closed. (don't get me wrong, I love your post because i do find it a interesting subject).

When I said, "Extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof.", which part do you not understand?
Do you not believe that extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof? Or are you maintaining that a person saying they saw ‘something’ is extraordinary proof?
In most cases, science requires hard, real evidence or the ability for others to repeat an experiment and get the same results.
You have present nothing that meets these criteria. This includes no dead alien bodies, no unexplained DNA, no time machines, no alien machines or technologies, no explanation on how anything can travel light years, etc. Instead you keep throwing up human experiences. And just as others like Seal have pointed out, history shows that humans do all kinds of things for all kinds of reasons.
Each of us can believe what we want, no one can change that. But running around and trying to get others to believe requires more than just the strength of you convictions. And while it is true that we should respect the other man's beliefs, it is only to the same sense and extent that we respect his theory that his wife is beautiful and his children smart.

Sums up what I feel as well.
Contact with ET's will be the most important event in the history of humanity. I want it to happen as fast as possible, and for it to go as well as possible. However, there are alot of money to be made on covering events like this, and the world is filled with assholes that is willing to ANYTHING to earn money from faking it. That, and those who crave attention so bad that they are willing to dip themselves in shit to get it.
With so many fake things around, I'll only believe what I see with my own eyes. I guess I'd believe major, worldwide credible news sources like CNN as well, and official confirmations.
Keep posting Tone, it's interesting as a sci-fi tale, and I love sci-fi.
Da1andonly> man this youghurt only made me angry
5:ph> n0ah will dangle from a helicopter ladder and just reduce the landscape to ashes by sweeping his beard across it
They actually went to the trouble of finding landsat data and building a 3d model of the flares. You should feel guilty for making people work so hard for nothing.
The stuff in the b&w space videos is debris or ice particles moving away from the shuttle.
