I really don't get it. Virtually every person has commented on the incident by saying, "The guy was a douche." Do you think you're Sherlock fucking Holmes uncovering the case of the tased bitchy kid? Anyone with an eye and an ear can see that he's a douche and a half - but that has absolutely NOTHING to do with anything. He could be up there spouting Skitzo's theories on racial disparities and it wouldn't make shit to what is at issue.

It's your type of mentality which is held by autocrats in less priveleged countries to keep the population quiet. 'Yea, you're allowed to speak but as long as it's not against me or anything that makes me uncomfortable'.

    You cunt.

Fuck you and fuck American conservatism.
Fuck you and your abuse of the liberties past generations have fought and died to give you.

So who is to say your right to "say whatever the fuck you like" isn't impeding on someone else's right to have their voice heard? Not sure if you realize it, but we're part of a civilized society (relatively speaking) in which you give up some of your notions of freedom (i.e. kill, steal, etc.) in order to gain certain liberties (free expression, religion, etc.). If some assclown is going crazy at a civilized political Q&A, he's impeding on his fellow citizens' right to assembly, speech and reasonable civility.

I'm against censorship as much as the next Joe, but this post-adolescent bullshit you're spouting about "I can say whatever I want" won't get you very far when you realize that you have to work with other members of society and at least bide by the rules set out. There are plenty of ways to get your voice heard. If you want to break up a peaceful assembly with nonsensical rambling about conspiracy theories, be prepared to face the consequences. As the saying goes, I have the right to swing my fist until it hits your face. Then we have problems.

In the case of this kid in Florida, HE BROKE THE RULES. The tazing sucked, but he shouldn't have flailed about like a 12-year-old girl. It's not hard to ask one question and go on. It's not hard to ask his one question in a civil manner. It's not hard to refrain from being a giant douche bag in front of a room of people... at least it's not hard for everyone but Andrew Meyer. He was asked to leave the room. Instead he just left his dignity, urine, and a cry of "DON'T TAZE ME BRO!"

They should apply the same logic to vets and pets getting spayed. How anyone can cut the balls off another dude and not feel any remorse is beyond me ..

Was it police mace or was it one of those little pocket maces that girls carry for protection? 'Cause there's a huge difference.

On a side note, every police officer (at least in NY) gets maced in the academy, for two reasons. The first being because of the likelihood that when it is used, another officer may get hit by it and needs to know how to react to that feeling so he isn't left vulnerable, as well as so there cannot be a claim in court that using the pepper spray is too cruel, as the officers can say "I've had it done to me before".

Does anyone ever buy him drinks for the story? Would anyone turn down 8 free beers a year for getting maced once?

Was on the news this morning: this kid purposely did this so he could get himself on YouTube. This was not about making a political statement and being a protester, it was all about that 15 minutes of fame.

This is as bad...well not as bad, as the guy in the U.K. recently that saw a woman who had collapsed on the street:

A Hartlepool man is facing jail after he urinated on a disabled woman who lay dying in the street.

He tried to rouse her by throwing a bucket of water over her, before urinating on her and covering her with shaving foam. The incident was filmed on a mobile phone.
Amazing what people will do to get the top spot for a day or two on youtube.

    Muslims aren't by definition foreigners.
