If you can count, yes that's all it means. If you pay attention to the race though, it means Obama is gaining ground because of the ass-handing he gave Hillary in South Carolina (as well as the surprise showing he had in Florida).

Of course it's debatable as to why these things happened but in the primary system, voters look to see who the front-runners are and then bandwagon - so really it's not that big of a deal even if Obama only won South Carolina because there are so many black people there (hence Reverend Jackson's victories in SC in the 80's).
