having played the game a few weeks as pit a few weeks i can tell you that a good mk or anyone else with a sword can put a hurting on pit. All of his air moves have a short reach. Try killing someone without using his air moves... And im assuming you mean his over-b is overpowered. miss and your screwed with it and a lot of characters have moves that outrange or outprioritize it. His neutral a and b are what are overpowered

I'm referring to Pit's B. It has priority over like fucking everything it's sorta ridiculous. And Pika's down A smash has ridiculous range

Got it, played it with my buddies, and everybody seems pretty well balanced. The supers (as i'm calling them) are the new pokeballs, as everybody abandons what they were doing and goes for them. I quite like some of the new characters. Pit and Meta Knight jump out, as does Ike as some of the better characters this time around. They fixed Fox so he's more like he was in the original than in Melee where he was a total lightweight. They nerf'd Link's jump back to the original, so no more Link for me. The Yoshi egg poop got nerf'd too, as it's a lot faster to get out of. Some of the items are sick, and in smaller levels it's like everybody is on speed. My friend had Dedede against 3 fast guys and couldn't even get a swing off on a small level. Very fun and enjoyable.

You can try getting one of those "lens cleaning" cd's for a normal diskdrive. I presume they work as well on a wii as on a different dvd player.
