Marth's smash was overpowered and ridiculously easy to pull off, fast and had fantastic range. He's also faster than Roy (who is stronger but it doesn't matter at all when Marth's smash comes into play). Marth on starfox (sideways airship, can't remember the name) stage can hold off the edges until the end of time if you really want to be cheap.

Fox is top-tier because of his speed, that reflecting shield and survivability. His fire power up move is a pretty good save and his gun can get mad annoying with it's beast range.

Roy was much stronger than Marth in Melee. Fox also isn't overpowered, as he's weak as hell.

i've been playing the jap version and a release of the us version for months now (my friend' mother works for nintendo). how can you possibly say that pika's down a isn't overpowered or pit's b is overpowered (it has priority over like everything, you can just run into huge packs pressing b and not get hit even off recovery...)?

have you been playing the game at ALL?

theres not any overpowered moves in brawl to tell you the truth...yea they got some powerful ones but they are easily countered and hard to combo in the first place so i dont think it should be a problem...

N64 best characters were Pikachu and Ness. Ness was ridiculously overpowered in N64 but he had a really step learning curve. Pikachu was also way overpowered in N64.

I didn't play Melee enough to get a good understanding of characters but the better ones in my mind = Marth, Peach (fucking down-a attack is so cheap), Zelda/Shiek, Fox, Falco,

Playing some Brawl I think good characters are: Pit (FUCKING B OVERPOWERS EVERYTHING WTF), Ike, Meta Knight, Lucas, Pikachu (DOWN A IS RETARDEDLY GAY POWERFUL), Samus
