It's Russia's version of 24 hr. news radio. I wonder if they also do school closings on that station? 313,314,315 opening an hour late.

Is this on satellite radio i wonder? or maybe just syndicated throughout the country. i don't know the mechanics, but with the immense size of teh country and it's mountianous terrain, i'm guessing it wouldn't reach too many people outside moscow if that's the only broadcasting point.
