Perhaps in Southern CA and other areas...even in N. CA...that I would agree with you on. But to say especially in America...dude, get real. F'n CA is not all of America, but an area of Plastic People, unless you consider Compton?

So what's up STRIP3S? by the sound of your wording in the previous posts, it sounds like your on withdrawl due to your methedone clinic closing?
May your shit come to life and kiss you on the face.

There can be no genuine private ownership of capital without a stock market: there can be no true socialism if such a market is allowed to exist."

        • Does anyone else see McCain's refusal to attend the presidential forum as a sure sign of political weakness? With keeping Palin on the leash and him not attending the forum, how are we supposed to know where he stands, or how he responds to Obama? Through his press releases? I want to hear it straight from the horse's mouth.

And he's trying to use this crisis to boost his moral standing in the race by saying "he wants to do his job" and that Obama should also. He's been campaigning for how long now? And jumping back into Washington for a few days is going to solve the crisis? Puh-leez. He's one vote out of 500+.

If anything I see this as him biding his time, hoping he can ride the wave of Congress' decisions (as if he has anymore say in it than Obama, they both get one vote). His refusal to debate at this critical time shows that he is unwilling to commit to his stances. He's afraid that when he's asked the big question about the bail-out, it will come back to bite him in the ass. That's probably because he knows shit-all about the economy and can't formulate an appropriate response in a debate. He knows that the longer he can postpone head-to-head humiliation, the less likely it will affect his run on the presidency.

How much time out of his work would the debate take compared to how much time he's already taken off? How would it better serve our country to have one more voice yelling around capitol hill for a few days than to have him sit down and tell us what he'll do different than his opponent for a few hours?

          • I have decided, in recent weeks, that I cannot support either Obama or McCain. Resultingly, I'm going to vote for Sarah Palin as write-in candidate for President - and I encourage you to do the same.

Jesus is good, but I prefer flashy fictional crime-fighting duos.

                        • McCain vs Obama Debate

Mccain is literrally running circles around obama. Does obama even awnser any question, it seems every fucking one he gets he makes a new question and awnsers it instead.

Awnser the questions and not dance around them...

                              • Virginia moved to the Obama column but is still a toss up at 51% Obama to 45% McCain. The economy is important to 50%+ of those polled. If the election were held tomorrow Obama would win 286 electoral college votes to McCain’s 252.
