I am shopping from home. God I love eBay & Amazon.com! Call it cheap, but at least eBay and Amazon sell new products as well as someones used goods.

No way in hell will I go to a mall or deal with the asswipes on the road in a congested shopping area. I am still in amazement that a crowd shopping for gifts for a supposed spiritual holiday of good will to all can stampede and kill the person opening the doors to a Wallmart. That's the holiday spirit!

Am buying for the wife, kid, nephews and parents and that's all.

Love christmas, its the only holiday that most of our relatives gather together. And I love walking around in the city and malls with all the decorations.

- Gonna buy a necklace in white gold and diamonds for my gf.

- Was thinking of buying a 37" tv for mom to put into her room, or maybe buy her a new quiet stationary to replace the shit that makes so much noice.

- Old laptop as a "gift" for my little sister, while I buy myself a new one.

- Wii for little brother.

- Signed Red Hot Chili Peppers Aeroplane [notetab?], with the album One Hot Minute and CD framed in for a friend.

- And last, some underwear for myself, and maybe a wardrobe upgrade in January if I'm happy.

I love christmas. Best part is of course seeing family and relatives, eating good food and getting new stuff. A few days off from work is also positive.

I haven't yet decided what I'm going to buy for anyone, tho we're going christmas shopping with girlfriend next week. Should propably start deciding. Anyways I'm just going to buy gifts to girlfriend, mom, dad, siblings and my godchild. Children's gifts are easiest to find since they always want toys or games but parents' and girlfriend are more tricky. Damn, really need to start thinking.

Any people here that don't buy each other gifts for christmas? lol... The whole present giving thing is kind of an American thingy, funny to see how more and more people start to include the element of giving presents over here as well. My family still doesn't though (maybe because another local holiday tends to lend itself better for that occasion), we have a christmas tree and all and visit relatives on christmas eve to have a nice dinner but that's pretty much it.

She knows that it's used, and I've only used it for 2 months. I doubt anyone would be sad for getting a slightly used laptop for $1.7k. And I need a new one anyways.
