i dunno what it was, sometimes these things are an optical illusion where the object doesn't move as much as you think and it is something normal.
sounds like some human craft signaling, or something reflecting lights. Not helpfull at all but i'm sure it's one of those things you need to see. Hell i remember my parents seen something they thought was in the sky flashing lights and called me out, turned out it was actualy a shiny bag caught in a high branch swaying in the wind.
i mean why would an alien species advanced enough to get to another planet and want to go undetected but then use bright flashing lightsIn my world,

I've seen the northern lights, it definitely wasn't that.
This thing was as big as a star in the sky and flashing colors.
