I think they call it emotional eating. When you're miserable with someone, you eat too much in hopes of quenching your thirst to be with someone normal. That's what I did and it sucks...... I gained like, 50 pounds! That's a LOT. But I am now losing about ten pounds a week, thank goodness.

You don't think this is healthy, do you? Losing weight at that rate is terrible for you. Eat smaller meals, throughout the day, and walk around at a rate that it's tough to talk on a cell phone, and you will lose weight healthily. Stop eating because you dumped your crappy boyfriend and end up dying when you're 35.

10 pounds a week is either starving yourself or extreme bulimia - either way some seriously unhealthy shit. You're going to have electrolyte imbalances that make you sick all the time and your body will start breaking down at 35 like Mattey said. I've done some of the most hardcore diets before (<5 grams of fat per day, no carbs, ~600 calories, exercise) and it only sheds about 5 pounds per week at most.
