it's not gonna topple facebook any time soon, if ever. it's a very decent alternative though. i hope g+ can stay a bit loftier (in terms of the overall atmosphere) than facebook because that's the one thing i hate the most about fb. it's a haven for shitwads at times.

I can see this definately killing off FB in time, at least the people over 30. I personally like it much more than FB. FB has become what MySpace was in many ways....over run by kids. google+ is more like a cross between LinkedIn and FB....not all business and not all kiddie like either.

The day they bring in Farmville or Pirates will be the day that google+ will falter. keep it free of crap. Less crap, the better!

What I like is that the site is very intuitive in it's usage, editing your profile for instance is just very easy and simple, no redirecting etc. Also, all policies are very obvious and clear, you don't need to click through 50 links to finally be able to determine your privacy level or anything like that.
