i just broke my little toe i think. was going to close the window, and BOOM into the the table leg. now after an hour including one joint and two normal painkillers, it still hurts like a motherfucker and i can't walk at all.

nope never broken my toe but like cresent seal managed to tear the nail up and off playing football one time

there was instant pain then i couldn't put weight on it and it was my big toe but it did grow back and is now more a distant memory and looked more gross than anything

anyhow da1 i cannot therefore fully emphasize with your toe breaking pain

Never broken a toe, but I did rip the nail on my big toe and two other toes off once when I was 20 drinks in at the bar. Didn't feel it at the time, but I woke up at around 5am in excruciating pain because of the weight of my sheet on my foot.

My right big toe I broke about a year ago skateboarding - nothing fancy either. trying to ollie off the wrong curb and caught a crack in the ground, i bailed off my board but for whatever reason i landed 100% on my toe and bent is all the way downwards until *pop*! the toenail never came off but it was black for at least a year. all the toenail trimmings i cut off in that year had a gross underside of scabs n blood.

my left toe i injured in a basketball game, like cres, i ripped the nail partially off (i had to grab it and push it back into a toenail shape and almost passed out from the pain). i frequently caught that bitch on shit until it grew out enough to trim correctly.

my left little toe i broke skateboarding. tried to 50/50 a low rail, misjudged how high the rail was, caught it and once again landed with most of my weight on my foot in a bad position.

my left middle toe i broke at a mosh pit, well i dunno if i broke it because it wasnt nearly as bad as when i broke my big toe, but the nail was black for a good six months or so and now when i try to bend it i get that weird feeling that the toe just isnt working right

all things that could have easily been avoided with simple thoughts like "don't let the legally blind kid try to judge depth on a skateboard" or "why the fuck is the legally blind kid trying to out-maneuver a defending basketball player who has 50lbs and a foot on him" and "WHO LET THE LEGALLY BLIND KID RUN INTO A BLENDER OF FISTS AND FEET WITHOUT HIS GLASSES"

it's broken. i now have a nice collection of painkillers and (to begin with) a 1 week paid sick leave.

this however sucks a tremendous amount of ass since it couldn't have come in a worser time. i'm in between changing jobs, and i'm buying an apartment with the lady as well, which we need to put in order first. i was supposed to start to do some renovating today, but meh.

i guess i'll stay home smoking weed instead then...
