Love Hina rocks. Great series, great music and a great manga too (I like the art in the manga better, story is more polished too).

What I thought was really interesting was the Seiyuu who did Skuld from Aa! My Goddess also did Koola Su in Love Hina.. it's like the same character haha! (see also Mizuho's sister in Onegai Teacher)

I barely watch anime but I have seen few and my favorite one must be the show called Escaflowne where a young girl from earth gets traped in a mysterious world called Gaea and there she meets some guy who is half angel half human , he promised his mother he would only show his wings in case of danger btw u get the story its pretty cool in my opinion.

And by that list, you can already tell by what anime i've already seen.

• Great Teacher Anime (GTO) - I liked it. Story and plot is really deep; it got to me.
• Inu Yasha - It was interesting in the first 70 episodes. I don't know why but it was cool. Like watching an RPG. Then it got boring after 80, but now it's starting to get interesting again at episode 112 which where I last left off =p
• Outlaw Star -I havn't seen the whole series but I've seen some of the good dubbings off of cartoon network and it's pretty okay. It's like the happy good good version of Cowboy Bebop. =P
• Cowboy Bebop - I liked it cuz my favorite character is in it. Spike. Really good anime. It's good, though there are only about 5 episodes out of the 26 that go by the storyline, the rest are really good fillers that I liked. They build up the characters; basically character development. If you like action, watch this. Especially the movie which was very, very well done.
• Excel Saga - This is a comedy anime. It was okay. Had it's funny moments and it's stupid funny moments, then there were just it's stupid moments but It was okay.
• Full Metal Panic - I liked this one, period.
• Love Hina - Was okay. Funny sometimes. I don't know why I kept watching. I guess i'm just that much of a loser =P.
• Detective Conan - Pretty interesting detective style anime with alot of mysteries. Watch conan solve 'em. It's pretty interesting how he does it too.
• Nanaka 6/17 - Watching it because the subbers that sub Detective Conan do this one too and they said nanaka is okay too. It IS okay but now that i've started it, I must finish it! =P
• Vandread - Pretty cool series of futuristic mecha type anime. Though the second half of the series isn't as good as the first one.
• Naruto - My current favorite. And My second favorite character is in this; Kakashi! He's just chill and layed back but when he busts out with his skills, he really surprises you. Plus he looks cool. This is a really good anime. People think it'll just be another DBZ but atleast Naruto actually goes indepth and explains how chakra is built up and used or how one performed their special ability attack yada yadda, ya know? hehe It's just good action and stuff. I like it.
• I've seen others like Neon Genesies Evangelion and RAH XEPHON but I never DLed any of their songs (except the opening to NGE, but I think i deleted it. =p). I know I've seen more anime but I forgot 'em. Oh well.
