Magi Koz,you said you watched Great Teacher Onizuka, you mean the drama one? Or the animated one?
    Which one is better?
    How many episodes are there?
If you bought them, how much in total?

      I watched both.

The anime is 43 episodes long.
      The drama is about 13.

I think the anime is better because it's longer and it goes into more detail on each character.

The drama is shorter and isn't the original.

I don't know how much it would be if you bought them though. The only part of GTO i havn't seen is the manga. =/

I like anime too, especially EVA (NEO EVANGELION)...that was awesome, especially the last episode of it.. very trippy....

The only anime I like is the mature serious dramatic kind...not the kiddy kid stuff...like sailor moon or pokimon.heh...

Ghost in a Shell, Big Wars, Akira...were good....

Yeah, I use to watch transformers... but I really loved Robotech or Macros Saga... (I still haven't seen Robotech INVID series complete... what was it called THE NEXT GENERATION?)

In Canada, we have the space channel, afew years ago they showed a lot of anime each friday... but only had a few recycled... too bad they quit showing them.

Robotech TNG was alright. Not as good as Macross, but I loved the Cyclones.

I know there will be an anime expo here in California at the L.A. Convention Center (I think) in early July. I was planning to go but tickets are sold out and I'm not gonna wait in a long line to get in =/. Oh well.

oh and yah there are specials to Great Teacher Onizuka DRAMA. There are the 2 specials right after the 13 episodes of the DRAMA, then the movie where Onizuka goes to some other school or something like that. Eh. It all continues where it left off from previous so watch it in order. The only ones I havn't seen is the two specials because I can't find one that's subbed. =( I mistakenly watched the movie first (which is supposed to be watched AFTER the 2 specials) but oh well, don't make the same mistake I did.

Well I missed Anime North cause it was during exams and I'm going to miss CNAnime as well doh. I guess I'll never go to one and by the time I finally can I'll be old and I'll look really weird with all those kids haha.
