Back to the topic of Weaver being Sysop...

I see Weaver as a down to earth, exiguous, "real" individual who can be and is making large contributions to this zone. How would making him Sysop improve anything? If anything, I see the smods do more in-game work (help calls, hosting, bot crap,) than the sysops. I think Weaver WOULD be an excellent candidate for a Sysop, but I don't believe another one is necessary. Why change a good thing?
