I also think the percentage of "girls" (i use that lightly) who play subspace, mayb 10% and the percentage of girls on staff: a lot greater than 10% may shed a little light on how they are picked. there are many staff pics that make me go hmmmm, but thats life

Being staff /= success

Look in person-to-person service jobs in the REAL WORLD (Customer Service, phone-answerers, PR, etc. etc. etc.) to see an example. Keep in mind that being staff is a perfect example of this- Event Referees less so than Zone Helpers and moderators, perhaps, but to a large extent in every staff position. Men are not a gender that is equipped to handle other people well. Business owners know this. It is not "sexism."

In my experience, most sales reps are men. However is that slightly off track by what u mean? Are u refereing to the people u shout at who work at supermarkets , and tele-complaints people? - if so u might have a point, men tend to be less confrontational towards women.

However this is a game, and as i said "girls" i use that term lightly. I cud easily pretend to be a girl or a fat chiken named marvin, easy 2 do...erm did i have a point? mmm cant remeber. Anyway hope this post increased my online popularity.
