Pubbing for 1000+hour users

Personally... I think it would be cool do have such an arena, but how are you going to keep the people with less than 1k usage out of the arena?

If the arena is full and they people with <1k usage are all in spec (In the arena) the arena remains full.

Solution: Do not let people in the pub with less usage.
Solution1.1: Let them stay in spec, but dont let them have an affect on the arena population.

You could just increase the maximum to like 50. And there is a bot that only allows staff to stay in spec ^_^.

You had a nice idea going, until "reset". If you like to pub you like your rec, at least I do. I mean what would you like? 1024 wins 234-404 deaths, or 2345-2380, 1890-2198, 218-189... etc

I was under the assumption that the bot would keep its own stats, and reward you later based on that. The bot wouldnt reset you (like it does every two weeks) but rather flush its internal stat counter, as if you had just joined the game.

The bot could reset a players stats for that game if he switched freqs, which would deter people from freq hopping to the winning team just as they are going to win, as they would get essentially no reward since they had been on the winning freq for such a short amount of time.

The bot would be counting your score for the game (seperate from your pub points) and if you changed freqs it would reset all of your stats for the game (BOT stats) to zero and you would have to start over. Like I said, this would keep people from trying to change freqs to the winning team right before they win, which happens quite a bit in games like Warzone.

Just so you all know, I will go into these 1000 hour+ arenas, along with lamers like me, and purposely fuck things up just out of spite.

FREQ LOCKS prevent people from changing freqs...not coming into the game. Ship limits prevents having 5 sharks and them just cramming the whole fucking time and no one can get in.

I think he means resets the stats of the player stored by the bot, not actualy score, wins, losses etc.

I love this idea, pubs are fun. I cant see any reason why we shouldnt do it.

this wouldnt really help much cause ppl that have played other zones and come to tw are still considerd newbs and most likely they have 1000+ hours on a certan name they used in a diff zone. like myslef i use the name torken in tw but on the name LordDefault wich i used for MetalGearCTF has 1500+ on it, so keeping newbs like myself out would still be a chalenge.`
