Last season had the best rivalries ever. Just when everyone thought that Light and Siege would sweep it all, Elusive comes up and surprizes everyone inTWLJ. And then Onix suprized everyone in TWLD as they got to the finals and put on quite a show for us all to see.

More competition = good. Competition breeds rivals, because good players who are competitive are also loud and like to hate other people on a large scale :P

Actually to be correct. Light was supposed to be unbeatable and would dominate Siege AND Elusive. From what I remembered Siege came from being #1 last season to dropping to #2 before the season started. I think the best surprise was whiterabbit. I also think many more rivalries would occur if people would harbor more assholes. I am sorry to say this but the Elusive and Siege rivalry started with you, epi, talking shit with Adrenaline about Siege. We got into some heated arguments and it escalated from there. The Siege/Light rivalry, was because of Ruby, the now unheard of asshole, who talked all the shit for Light and basically since he was asst. captain, spoke for light. If squads would get some of these losers that stay on the forum 24/7 and talk a lot of shit but never back it up, maybe more rivalries would spawn due to all the shit being thrown from these monkeys.

This might sound like a contradiction, but rivalries require maturity.

There is a big difference between being a dumb asshole and having a rivalry. With a rivarly, you need some imagination and creativity. And that's something most squads lack.

i think the basing rivalries are getting better now.

IE top 4 squads as of now, WR, diso, Pallies, A-S all like each other as people but when they get into a mtach it's mean, especiaclly playing diso when dabs is playing
