There's no way staff can be 100% sure if someone is lag cheating or not. It's not an easy rule to enforce and normally requires many staffers checking a single player before banning. The procedures from what I've read also allow a great number of players to get off with a warning but mostly it allows both parties to reolve the issue, banning is seen as a last resort only when the cheating is not clear or visual. What the player does and how they interact with staffers when the issue comes up is also something to take into acount aswell as is their past transgression with tw staff so there's a lot to this.

I don't get why there is no real lag limit. If you have a laglimit then the problem would be solved. Who cares if someone is laggy cause he got a modem or someone with cable makes his lag as he would be on a modem. It's the same shit. Now the staff seems to ban just for the fun of it, and staff consist of newbies. atleast change it to elite wbs and it will feel better to get banned!
