Personally, I don't know why you were given mod in the first place because you're clearly far less than intelligent and capable of handling it (same goes for your little buddy davie - you should buy a dictionary, kid). I mean you still don't even understand why your dumb ass was axed. It was for abusing your power to use zoner messages. Someone made a zoner and then you did some stupid shit to make you and your dumb little British friends laugh. The zoners for EVENTS are left to the ER/Mod/ZH's discretion (less so with ZH though). You were making a useless zoner and therefore abusing your power.

Now it may not sound like a huge deal and it's probably not. If another staffer had done they probably would have been warned for abuse and at worst suspended for a short time. But since you're a moron who has already used cheat programs in pub and been axed for it there was a zero-tolerance policy. Understand now, big man?

That doesn't make much sense to me.

Any orginization can put out a mission statement, it's actually a very good idea to do one. We have rules for players to follow and procedures for staff memebers to go by but the general direction of our efforts needs to be specific, that's what a statement would do. I think there was a discussion about it before.


Warning a player before banning for a specific wrong doing is how it has always worked here, it's assumed that players would not know our rules thus a warning informs them. If they do not conform then they're removed. The way it is allows for a lot of abuse in my opinion. Maybe random active warning length and ban length (within reason to the actual offense) would solve this so a player can't go around team killing or use racism after their warning time is over.


Tats wasn't axed on the spot. He was given a chance to come back into staff if he followed the rules to the letter and didn't go fucking around with his powers. Also I believe it's more important that he lied about a Sysop clearing him to send the zoner then actually doing it. It was a stupid mistake, deal with them a little better next time and none of this will happen.

zoners are there for advertising events. Whichever way the host chooses to advertise his/her event is not our business. As long as it grabs people's attention and dont go overboard with extreme stuff. Of course no one would have questioned you if you did a zoner "Lies!!! ?go trivia".. cause even if that zoner seem pretty uselss, at least you advertised for trivia, and in turn, hosting it. However, when you did "lies - tats".. it was nothing but abuse of your power.
