As for javs being heavily populated and baseelim being deserted, its not as big of an issue as people make it out to be, javs ARE the new baseelim. People can get in and play when they want, automated bar warp, etc. Its convenient.

I have to disagree on this. For me baseelim was the main thing that kept me playing over and over again. .?go javs just doesnt turn me on. I dont understand why people rather play it instead of Baseelim where was atleast little competition sometimes. I had this same feeling when they automated Tourny. It just ruins the fun...

Yes idd javs are good populated so why not replace robo_ref to there.
The thing is its a better map also to practise your twjd skills while playing baseelim in javs

First of all, the twmaps comitee members are already twmaps approvers/deniers. Second of all, raptor not communicating? He does talk, maybe not to you maybe not that much on dev chat, but he always talks to me if he wants to talk about something. And a twdev map will get approved more easily then a other player map imo, since we have true loyal twdevers on the twmaps. And about the pushing our own maps through.. wich maps would that be? and about the wrong settings/maps.. thats not our fault you know.. I approved the right settings for minefield, I even checked it after the wrong settings were uploaded, yet wrong settings were in minefield. Does that make it my fault? Nah'ah. And one last thing: What do you think merging twmaps and twdev will be? having more then 12 map approvers that have acces to the email... that would give a fiasco, because abuse will be harder to track.

back on-topic:

Stepping down may be a good thing for you, so you can concentrate on others things, likey ou said. You dealed with almost everyhting and that is just to much for one guy. And I agree with reavers post too.
